Success Strategies to Cope In The “New Normal”?

I thought it might be helpful if I shared some of my key strategies that I’ve used to cope with the lockdown and restrictions.  Maybe they will help you.

Take Time to Relax
I’ve found this quiet time a great opportunity to watch movies, read books and study subjects I may not have had time to do before. So every night after dinner, I decide if it’s a night for Netflix or Something Else. If it’s “Something Else” I don’t turn on the TV. I leave my phone where I can’t hear or see it, and I turn off my computer. Then I put on some relaxing music and sit and meditate. Or I take a bath. Sometimes I read a different book. Often I go for a walk. Since the new year I’ve been writing in a new journal. Occasionally I will go to bed early. I’ve decided that this time I am being given is a gift. Figure out what this “quiet time” will be for you, and revel in it. Who knows how long it will last.

Keep in Touch With Family & Friends
The need to stay at home has forced me to make contact with people in new ways. So I schedule regular phone calls with girlfriends, and my family. I put the times in my calendar so I don’t forget and I bring my tea with me to each call. It’s not the same as a coffee at Starbucks or breakfast at Coras, but for now, it’s a good second best.

I love to eat, and this lockdown has encouraged me to experiment with cooking, especially with my daughter who enjoys the same food as me. So we shop, cook and eat together. Every once in a while we invite my older daughter to join us (she does her own cooking). Even if we’re not eating the same things, we try to have lunch and dinner at the same times together during the week as we go about our day.

I’ve never had so many video calls with people as I have since last March. I love to use Zoom, WhatsApp, and now Telegram to connect with people. And it’s a bonus that wearing a mask isn’t necessary for this.

Whatever way you keep in touch is great, just keep at it. We are all feeling the lack of socialization and your family and friends will appreciate your efforts to stay connected.

Getting Stuff in Order
My house is going through a spring clean even though it’s January and there’s snow on the ground. I’ve sorted photographs, clothes, files and dishes. I’ve given boxes away to Value Village (when it was open), and sold bigger items on Facebook Marketplace really easily. I’m finding the time to clean out cupboards and sort through my belongings very therapeutic. This is a great opportunity to really minimize your “stuff”. Take it from me you’ll feel a whole lot lighter. It’s a known fact that clutter brings you down.

Manage Food and Alcohol
Talking about feeling lighter, as I said above I love to eat but I knew early on that if I didn’t keep track, I’d be gaining the quarantine 15, so I have made it a point to limit my consumption of sugar, alcohol and rich food. I make sure I don’t feel deprived (by only eating healthy, delicious and filling food) and I have been following a 16/8 Intermittent Fasting regime since last April. It has worked a charm. I don’t eat before 12 noon, and I only eat 2 main meals each day, with one snack. This has kept me focused on my goal of maintaining a great weight. In fact, I even lost weight … what a bonus! Make sure you know what result you want, and tailor your intake accordingly, or your shorts won’t fit you when we get to Spring!

Schedule Activity
I have been able to find some great online teachers to help me stay fit. I like goals that have a finite timeline so many times I have signed up for 30 day challenges. These keep me motivated as I like to see if I can keep the schedule. I’m pretty competitive with myself so I generally do all 30 days and then find something different. I’ve tried two different kinds of yoga, Instagram workouts, breathing lessons, dance classes and regular walking. Find whatever works for you, and just keep your body moving.

I really like to keep a routine. It helps me know what’s going on, and what to expect. So I generally journal morning and night, eat at the same times each day, and exercise in the morning. I also use Google Calendar faithfully and put almost everything in there whether it’s a client meeting, medical appointment or workout. I also use a lot of reminders on my phone, as well as pieces of paper beside my computer to keep me on track. If you are constantly forgetting things or need some structure, try these ideas to bring order every day. It works for me.

I hope this has been useful in part to give you an idea of ways to “enjoy” this time we are having right now.

How to Move Out of the Past, and Get What You Want Now.

We are the Barr Council. We are an intergalactic Council of Light and we wish to speak with you around the concept of time, around the paradigm of time, around the illusion of time. 

Time on your planet is constructed in segments; moments, seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, years, centuries. This was derived as a way for you to structure your world such that you would be able to exist within the 3D environment. The 3D environment is one of matter, solid and there are many forms of matter within 3D. You can look at water as an example, for water can hold itself in many different ways, as a vapor, as a liquid and a solid.  Temperature is what creates the different textures of the matter. 

But why are we telling you this?

The reason why we wish to bring you this subject today is so that you may begin to become aware of the idea that there is no such thing as time, for when you, as an individual, are living in the present, you are experiencing everything as it happens. There is, in a sense, no past and no future. For if you were to imagine time as a continuum; there are several ways that we can bring this example to you. You could see it as a line in front of you, going from left to right. Or you could see it as a circle in front of you with no beginning and no end. And as you are either standing on the line or standing within the circle, you are existing, you are experiencing, you are having, this moment. 

However, for many of you, you will experience this line of life, beginning, middle and end, with the past being behind you, and the future being in front of you. Meaning that it has already happened and for which you are complete, or it has not yet happened and is still yet to be completed. 

And yet, we would prefer that you look at this from the idea of being inside the circle, knowing that at any vantage point, you can see everything and anything that has happened, is happening or could happen. This is a vibrational shift of consciousness. Standing in the circle, looking at your current reality is your “now” moment. Standing in the circle, looking at another experience continues to be your now moment. In vibrational reality all of these now moments are simultaneously happening, and at any point with your point of focus, you can move yourself into that now moment.

The challenge while being on planet Earth is that you are in the third dimension of matter. It takes longer and more effort for you to move the matter that is you, into a different vibrational moment. When you are in the fifth dimension (5D), the matter that makes you up will be more light. This is meant physically and metaphorically, and so in those moments, in the fifth dimension, it is easier for you to shift your point of attraction, your point of focus, to a different now moment. The more now moments that you focus on, which are the ones that you really want, the more likely you will be able to shift to that now moment faster. 

The problem with humanity at this time, is that you are fixated on the now moments that you currently know of. It is as if this is the only reality that you are able to access. These are heavy dimensional moments where the vibration is low and they are generally not happy moments. They are lower on the vibrational scale, shall we say, and the vibration is at a lower level and so, sadness, grief, frustration, despair, these are lower vibrations and heavier and so it is much more difficult for you to shift, even your focus, to a higher vibration. 

But that is what we are inviting you to do in this moment, in this transmission, is to be aware that as you stand, you may call it within your circle, within a bubble, within your own time space reality, all around you are the possibilities of all timespace realities. And depending on your point of attraction, point of focus, train of thought, depends on which vibrational reality comes in. 

And so this transmission is simply an opportunity for you to understand the way that your world can exist and does exist at a very different reality. Yes, it is true for you that the past has happened and the future has not yet happened. This is currently your dimensional reality. However, we are opening up your minds to the idea of vibrational reality where you as an individual and as a collective, have the opportunity to focus on a very different vibration within your current reality that already exists. 

It is not in your future or in your past, but that with your moment of focus, your vibrational shift can move you to that experience. This is as simple as choosing to be happy, rather than being sad, seeing gratitude instead of judgment, noticing fortune instead of despair. This is a moment for you where you may practice this, to begin to see all of the good things that currently exist within your current space, time space reality, and believing that more good things are available within your current time space reality. And that all you have to do is use your power of focus and attraction and attention, and you will be able to experience a different time space reality within the current time space reality. 

All time space realities exist at the same time. They are within you and around you. Begin simple. Begin small, begin to think about what you want and make it something that is easy for you to attract. Begin to think about the experience that you wish to have, the feelings that you wish to have. These are the easiest ways for you to shift your own current reality. It is not impossible for you to shift to a different one, but it is a bigger jump. And so we suggest that you start slowly.

We will bring more opportunities and information for you to assist you with the ability to move within your own current time space reality. But for now, we hope that this has been helpful. And with that we are complete.

2021 Energy Update – Rest, Fog, Clarity … and the 100th Monkey

Well, you’re here.  You, as a species ,have arrived at a monumental date in your evolution for you have come through a lot in 2020, and now the adventure truly begins. For many of you, you will be relieved that 2020 is over, and you will be hopeful, although perhaps a little nervous, about what is to come. 

This is Infinite Intelligence, Source Energy, the power that creates all worlds, the All That Is, and we are very pleased to be here at this time to bring you news, news of hope, news of change, news of wonderful things happening.  Yes, it has been predicted by many of your Seers and Sayers that you have, that the first little while of 2021 shall be fairly challenging. The energy will not shift immediately and there will be some carryover of some of this darkness, you would call it.  We do not see dark and light, but we use this term for you, so that you may understand better what we mean, and so there is still a heaviness around you. For as is normal when things change, there’s often much to clear before the way becomes open.  

Change is Futile Right Now
So, at this time, we bring you the idea of continuing to rest where you are. You may wish to rush ahead, bring new energy, make changes and start things, but you are not ready for that. For much that has happened still needs to settle. And much that is to happen, needs preparation before it can be followed through. So don’t be in a hurry to make the changes that you feel you wish to make in either your personal life or your professional lives for the energy will not yet support this. 

What’s Coming in 2021
There will be many transformations to come. And in fact, 2021 will be known as the transformational year.  There will be many more awakenings, where for many of you, you will suddenly become aware, as if a veil is lifted of things that you never saw before, in fact you will look upon these things with genuine surprise that you didn’t see them before. But as is often the case when there is fog that shrouds the road, until that fog is lifted, you are unable to see everything that is around you. And when the fog lifts, all of a sudden there is clarity and this is what will happen for you, and because of the nature of these times, this will happen on a global level, where it will not just be in one country, but it will be in many. This effect of the fog lifting and the clarity that will become apparent shall be the 100th monkey experience where many changes will follow as a result of this new sight. But this is not to happen within the next month, but more likely within the next four to six months, and most definitely by eight months into 2021. 

Get Your House in Order
And so our recommendation to you all for what to do at this time, is to, in a sense, get your houses in order, look at your finances, define how you can clean up the books, so to speak.  Do not be reckless about spending money for as you have discovered over the last 12 months there are many reasons why you do not need many of the things that you thought you did.  

Focus on Simple Pleasures
Become aware of what actually brings you joy, and begin to become present to the gratitude that fills you, and fills your hearts; the small things in life that bring pleasure, the smile of a baby, the sunset, holding hands, good conversation, delicious food, a job well done, a child’s laughter, sparkling eyes of a loved one. All of these things, including your own personal experiences of accomplishment are far more important, for it is the collective of these small joyful moments that will assist in the shift on your planet. 

And yes, there will come in your future, a not too distant future, times where you will have to, in a sense, speak up for yourselves but this is not in the next eight weeks. The initial first months of 2021 will be a time to continue with rest, rejuvenation and a reassessment of what has happened since this new situation on your planet started, and so for many of you, do not be in a hurry to have your world returned to normal, for there is no normal return that will happen. 

You are in a position now of major transformation, as we mentioned earlier, an alchemization of who you have been, and who you wish to become and the life you wish to live on this planet. This is where your focus must be. It must return to the self, to the family unit, to the essence of joy, to what brings you happiness, to the internal, to intuition, to nature, and ultimately to love.

We are The Infinite, we are the All Knowing Almighty, you might call us, and we bring you information that can assist you on a daily basis. This particular channeling has been brought to you with a direct instruction for you, so that you may begin to understand that the messages that we are bringing you are useful.  They are practical, pragmatic, specific and focused. They are not airy fairy, or messages that you cannot relate to. 

We wish for you to know that we are able to assist you at this time. You see, for centuries, you have relied upon a form of other divine intervention in the form of religion, and this has served you well as a species, however, you are evolving into a different form now, and it is not to say that religion is not useful for many of you, for it is.  It has brought you great peace, however you are evolving into a species that will become more inner driven, heart centered.  

The Future of Religion
You do not need to look outside of you to find the peace. You do not need to look to anything greater than you, although there is something greater than you, but it is not greater than you, for it is you, within you, surrounding you, about you.  We do not wish to confuse you at this time with more discussion on this, but we will bring more information for you forward over time to assist you to assimilate this new form of practice, from an inner knowing place. And so, suffice to say that, the Divine resides in each of you and is fully accessible by each one of you.  And as it resides in each of you, you are able to see it in another and this shall be part of this transformation, this shift for you as a species, into seeing the Divine in another, being more heart centered in your way of being, and your actions, and beginning to transform your world into one of a higher vibration, one of love.  

We know that this is where you wish to go and so, this is why we are here to assist, and assist we shall, for each time that you listen to a transmission by this one from us, in the hearing of this message your vibration shifts, for each listening of these messages from this one, shifts your own internal vibration, so that you are then able to listen at a different level each time, whether you are reading this or listening to it or watching you are being impacted by the vibrational shift.  M
