The evolution of your planet is something that we would say was predestined. It has been “in the works”, so to speak, for a very, very long time, almost from the beginning we would say.
You may ask “what does this mean, predestined or in the works?”.
We would relate to you the story of the Garden of Eden, where Adam and Eve and the snake and the apple existed, and it was inevitable that change would occur; that they would not live idyllically without contrast in that environment forever and ever.
For it is in the essence of the universe to evolve. It is in the essence of humanity to shift and morph and change. It is in the essence of all energetic forms to recreate itself. So, this is true also of your planet, of you as a species, and of everything that is known, and unknown.
Now, “how is this significant to you?”
To know that it has been an inevitability that this change would become your new normal, it is only in the raising of your consciousness, both as a planet, as a species and as individuals, that you would become aware of the need for change. For prior to that, just as Adam and Eve had no idea in the Garden of Eden that there was such a thing as shame, presence, image or feelings, other than the idyllic feelings they were having living in that environment, it is the same with you today, on your planet. For in the lack of ability to be aware of the way things really are, you could say that you as a species were existing within your own little garden of Eden. Of course, it was not idyllic.
But this is the essence of a lack of awareness where all that is known, is what is present,and without that higher level of consciousness you have no concern for how different it could be. For you do not have access to the possibilities that abound with a higher level of consciousness, but this is changing for you now, for in the essence of shifting out of that level of consciousness, you are now becoming aware that the Garden of Eden so to speak, or life on planet Earth could actually be very different, from what you have experienced for so long and so this is the growth process.
Much as you as a species grow from baby to toddler into child, into a young adult and then adult, it is an evolutionary process for you, and is exactly the same idea with your planet and with you as a species in general. You could say that over the thousands and thousands of years of this particular timeframe within the existence of your planet in this solar system, and the existence of your species, on this planet in this solar system, that you have matured, or we would say more, maturing. You are maturing into a more aware version of your species.
Now, there are some growing pains as this happens, much as the child that moves into pre adult, and then adult. And you would all recognize the challenges that come to the individual in their preadolescence and adolescence. For this is something that you are moving through, and it shall take some time.
And now you may ask, “how is this relevant to me, in this moment, today?”
Much as the poor teenager has to deal with hormonal shifts, emotional state changes, and new awarenesses of who they are and what they want and what is important to them, it is exactly the same for you as an individual. As your level of consciousness expands and increases, you are now in this state of moving through this, so that you too can decide “Who are you? What do you want? What is important to you? Who are you evolving into? And this is at every level; mental, emotional, physical, spiritual.
So as you transition through this timeframe, be gentle with yourself. We recognize that this may be a challenge for you for this is a new experience for you as a species in this time space reality. But this is not something that many of you as souls, have not already experienced in many other forms, and so we repeat earlier recommendations to you, that you use the experience of peace on your planet, to assist you with this.
For example, getting out and being in nature for your planet abounds with beautiful experiences that can calm you and bring joy to your hearts. Being beside water, in your mountains, being with the trees; all of these experiences have a very grounding effect for you at a consciousness level, energetically, and especially physically, allowing your form to “ground itself” into the consciousness of your planet Earth.
We also recommend becoming quiet within yourselves; deep breathing, water baths, meditation. It is a simple solution for you but not an easy one for you have created for yourselves many other distractions that you believe instead are the antidote to this sense of ungroundedness. Using chemical shifts such as alcohol and food is not in essence a very good possibility. It’s one way of being but it is not very effective when it comes to these times that you are going through, unless of course you are using high quality, high level consciousness nourishment, for example, organic foods, fruits and vegetables, clean water, fresh air.
These are the recommendations that we bring to you. Though they may seem simple, they are extremely effective in assisting you in moving through this transitionary period. It may seem a little trite to say that we recommend fruits and vegetables, for does that not remind you of the apple in the Garden of Eden? And yet it is these kinds of beautiful, organic, nourishing sources that will in fact raise your consciousness level. Anything that is processed or full of sugar, or anything that impacts you at a psychological level is not the best source of nourishment for you.
Be gentle with yourselves recognizing that it is not a quick fix, for that will not assist you in this ascension process. And this is exactly what you are experiencing, an ascension process, similar to Adam and Eve when their level of consciousness is raised in that moment in that story (which is of course simply a story from your past).
It is the same, we would say, kind of experience, except that this time you are moving out of the darkness and into the light. Use the light therefore to assist you to acclimatize yourself to the new level of light. And with that use light filled experiences; being in your sunshine, clean water, fresh air, peaceful situations, being at one with nature, and replenishing your energy source with gentle, loving actions.

WHY DOES CHANNELING HAPPEN?
You may wonder why we communicate with you, but in fact we have been communicating with you many times in various forms over the last century, shall we say. There have been several, not many, but several conduits with whom we have been able to create a connection and transmit our messages. Sometimes the messages have been short but profound, and have been simply for the purpose of igniting that individual soul, that individual person, with a higher level of awareness simply for themselves. Often, we have come with assistance for you as a species in your evolution, specifically around the physicality of your bodies, enhancing your ability to see, understand, perceive, and know how your physical bodies operate in this dimension, in this time space reality.
RIDICULE, DENIAL AND FINALLY ACCEPTANCE
Many times those who have been our conduits have been ridiculed, not believed, persecuted, sometimes even, for you have had little faith in the unknown, in the non understandable. For you, as a species, require to understand things, concepts, experiences, messages we would say, and when this has not been available to you through the intellect of your current brains, you deny the existence of what you are hearing, seeing, feeling. This is not a bad thing. This is just the way that you have evolved as a species, but that is changing now, for the evolution of your planet, the vibrational resonance we would say, is increasing exponentially allowing many more individuals to be able to be conduits for us.
ALL KINDS OF MESSENGERS
There are many of us who wish to communicate with you in many different forms, and so you will, if you are vibrating and resonating at these frequencies, becoming aware. There are many of your kind communicating with many of our kind. We say many of our kind for we are many and varied from all over the galaxies we would say, in very many shapes and forms coming with many different stories, messages, communications, assistance for you. And because there are many different forms we use many different methods. But none of these methods are new to the individuals who have made agreements prior to this time to communicate in this way, for it is a gift that these individuals have, to be able to communicate at this level. And so as time passes, you will begin to notice more and more communications to assist you at this time. You do not have to pay attention or listen or understand any of this. It is an offering for you from us, from your friends from other energies, from you (other aspects of you), as we assist you with your up leveling.
PRE-AGREED CONTRACTS
For some the experience of communicating with us is a little frightening at the beginning. This is because you as a species generally do not have rememberings that this is a pre agreed upon communication; some of you will but most of you do not. And so it comes as a surprise when you find yourself able to communicate in this way. This experience is to assist anyone who listens to this kind of communication to understand it from the perspective of those who are hesitant to believe it, and those who are actually experiencing it. It is a form of assistance, help, aid and always love. There are never messages coming through in this way of hate, power, confusion or dismay for as equals, and we do consider ourselves equals with all of you, we simply wish to assist, for we have knowledge that you, in your form at this time, do not have access to. It may often seem sometimes even cryptic, but this is simply the formality required in order for us to communicate with you in your language, in your form, at this time.
VIBRATION VS LANGUAGE
It is required for each conduit to achieve a certain level of understanding of the messages that are coming through. They are not coming through in language. They come through in vibration and it is the ability of the conduit to, we would say project this communication in such a way that you as an individual can understand it, and they also. It is a very enlightening experience for those who bring forward these messages.
PHYSICAL AND ENERGETIC EXPERIENCE OF CHANNELING
Sometimes it can be, we would not say tiring or exhausting, but it can be energetic; it is energetic and as the frequencies integrate, there can be different experiences for each individual as they bring forward the messages. Sometimes there is a time required for integration. This is normal. It is not always, but when it is, each conduit must ensure that they take the time to allow the integration at a pace that is not disturbing to their own energetic frequency. This is for you as a human being, a very different kind of experience, and for us we are cognizant that it is a physical experience for each one. You are all individually capable of communicating with the likes of us but for many, this is not something that you will do.
MESSAGES OF TRANSFORMATION AND HOPE
We wish you to understand that we are here with love; with a deep desire for your time-space reality to be a more pleasant experience for you than it has been. For you have experienced very many difficulties, darkness, fear, limitation, and this time is moving away. It may not appear that way right now, however, it is changing and although we will not give a duration, in a short time it will begin to turn a corner, so to speak. And the changes will begin to show up in such a way that you will once again have hope. Much as when the spring season occurs after the fallow of winter, there will be many new things showing up to assist you; hopeful, loving, caring energies that you may not see, but you shall feel. This is all done with galactic support for there are many who wish for your success, not least of which is your own consciousness of your planet.
THE GREAT AWAKENING
As more and more individuals begin to understand the nature of energy, and how it works for your physical bodies, and your minds and your hearts, so this energy shall shift on the planet. It shall be the Great Awakening that many such as this one have spoken of. There will be times where you will wonder what is coming next, and that will allow for the excitement and expansion of you as a species, and your beautiful Mother Earth planet. Over time more and more of you will be able to communicate with the likes of us. There are many timelines occurring all at the same time, with possibilities for each and every one of you; fractals, we would say, of light, none of which are wrong, for every possibility is available to you and every experience, a learning, a growing, an expansion.
PLAYING YOUR PART RIGHT NOW
Focus your intention through the heart. Begin to see that there is unity in your world in every capacity, and notice where you can love one another more deeply. This may seem a tall order at this time, for there is much disunity but it is possible, and in fact, it is inevitable. There is much support and love for you at many levels in your galaxy and beyond. You are not alone in this universe and many support you and care about you. Be with one another in a gentle way, but be with yourselves in a passionate way, accessing the wisdom of your heart to lead you and guide you to create a new world, a new earth, not just for you in this moment, but for generations to come.
CHANGING HISTORY, CHANGING FUTURE
For this shall be a moment in history when times changed and the world began to change for the better. Pay attention to those such as this one who bring messages, for these messages will uplift you, soaring you to new heights of awareness, consciousness, alignment, and use the wisdom that comes through to allow you to elevate the vibration of you and everyone around you with love and light. Know that more messages will be coming forward to assist you at this time. This is a great change for you, and as you transition through this be assured that you are loved and cared for, and taken care of, for this shall be a pivotal change, not just for now, but for the entire future. We love you and there are many of us here to assist you.
As the winter rests and allows your earth to rejuvenate and regenerate, take this time to do this for yourselves, for you must rest before the great awakening. For after this, you will be excited beyond measure and the energy that is going to come through for you all, will as in spring, provide growth, blossoming and new fresh ideas to allow for different things to help you form this new Earth.
And with that we are complete.
