We are here to talk to you about the nature of relationships; with yourselves, with each other, and with the planet. For it is within your relationships that you co-exist, and exist together on planet Earth.
THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE
It appears as though you are a complicated species, to yourselves, and most certainly the experience of being on your planet is not a simple one, especially when looked at from the perspective of being in relationship, and yet this is how you are, this is how you exist. This is how you function, for you breed in order to procreate your species, and continue from one linear moment to another.
It could be construed that it is complicated to be human because of the emotional state that happens to you in the experience of being in relationship with one another. As the saying goes, “no man is an island”. You are not solitary beings. You enjoy the company of one another in the design of your lives but we recognize that often this experience of being together creates disharmony.
This is something that has been prevalent in your, society we shall call it although over time, your society has been created. But your society has created practices and ways of being together that have developed and designed a certain way of life for you all. This design has meant that you follow in the footsteps of the previous individuals who have taught you how to be within relationships. And up to this point it has been a fairly rudimentary experience for you have been learning. But you have been learning at a very low vibration of being, one that incurs a lot of unrest, hesitancy, doubt, betrayal, lack of trust and highly emotional states that cause unrest, difficult experiences for you.
NIRVANA IS ON IT’S WAY
This is all changing now for on your planet a new dimension is being, we shall use the word incarnated, created, born, set up should we say, and this new dimension is almost the complete opposite of what you have been experiencing so far. It is one of companionship, love, acceptance, joy, peace. It is not that it is dull, and it is not also a fantasy.
It is a real life experience that is centered, centered from the heart, and from this vibration, your sense of relationships with yourselves and others shall change completely. There will be harmony, hope, love, acceptance, serenity and a very deep knowing of each other and of yourselves at an intimate, individual level.
This may seem like it sounds like pie in the sky, Nirvana, how could this possibly be? And yet it can. Moving into the fifth dimension requires you to let go of the previous ways of being in relationship with each other. No longer will you have these lower vibrational negative emotional states; jealousy, resentment, hatred, judgment, anger, doubt, distrust, for these vibrations can no longer exist at this higher level.
TRANSFORMATION HICCUPS
There is nothing that you need do to move into this dimension. You do not need to go to school for this or study for it, for this is a light photon experience, an upgrade, a chemical alchemization. How would we describe this? It is transformational experience.
Of course, there will be some hiccups as you go along for it is a shift in your reality. And not all of you will wish to move into this place for you are not ready. Your souls’ experiences are not yet complete within the third dimension but there is a letting go required. This is the, we would call it, more of an unlearning than a learning, for in your incarnation you begin in this place. You come into this planet at this high love vibrational level; pure, pure love, and it is in the experience of being in relationship with one another that you experience these shifts into these lower vibrational frequencies, these energies of which we speak.
However, as your planet shifts its dimension and as you, as a species become a different level of consciousness, this energy will change. And so too will your experience of yourselves and one another. The hiccups that you will go through to transition into this place are simply a letting go and a releasing of old ways of being. And taking on, or reintegration we would say is a better way to describe it, of what is already you, love.
THE NEW ENERGY OF LOVE
The energy of love is a profound experience within the human being. This is the Nirvana of which we speak. It is not the heart, thumping chemical driven experience of being in love when you meet someone new. It is that deep, contented, knowing of love that you have in your spiritual awakening moments, when all is right with your world, and you feel satisfied, fully and completely in moments of joy, and you feel inspired to take action to create beauty, passion, art, creation. This energy will be the energy that supplies your way of being more and more.
The letting go of these other negative memories and experiences perhaps can be tricky for some of you, for you do have a tendency to hold on to things, and this is just the nature of your being, but this will become less and less. For you shall begin to, at an alchemical level understand the true nature of being, of “being love” with yourselves and with one another. And consciously, you shall understand that there is very little benefit to you to holding on to these other emotional states.
CRACKING OPEN
Of course, as the chicken requires to work itself out of the eggshell, you too are required to break through out of that old paradigm and into this new one. And this is where you are at. You are experiencing this shift in your consciousness level, and in your inter-relationship styles with one another. And so you are on the path, the path to love, to a new way of being, to a new existence with one another, to a new experience of being a human being in love. This is not in the “in love” way that you think. It is better, for it does not have the volatility we would say, of that “being in love” experience. It is a more calm, content, beautiful, loving, knowing of yourselves and one another.
As you transition out of 3D and through 4D, this breaking of the shell, into who you really are as a species, back to who you really are it shall seem a little difficult but you are fully supported in this experience at a galactic level, and at a cosmic level, for this is the next state for you as a species.
WHO IS THE LOVE MATRIARCH?
We are the Love Matriarch energy. We are from a different galaxy and so our dimensional experience cannot be understood by you at this time but we are here specifically to help you understand how it is that you can evolve into this new dimensional way of being. We understand you from a very different level and so we do not feel it necessary to explain in any other detail to you for you at this time would not yet understand. You do not have the languaging or the capability to grasp it and neither does this conduit at this time, but suffice to say that we are bringing our message to you, as a message of hope, confirmation, and to inspire you to keep going for as some of you would say, you know, rainbows and unicorns are on their way, is a little trite way of describing this Nirvana of which we speak but, it is in a sense what is coming for you.
So stay the course with this difficult experience you have of breaking through, recognizing that each individual person breaks through at their own timeline, in their own time space reality, in their own way, and so be gentle with one another and with yourselves. As your saying goes “the darkest moment is right before dawn”, you are ready to move into this love filled dimension. It is happening. You cannot prevent it from evolving on your planet, for she herself is moving to the same place and as the species that exists upon her you are part of this process. It is a predestined evolution of the human race on planet Earth. And there are many energies here to support you on this journey. We shall come again with more information around your relationship issues to assist you with this transition, and with that we are complete.

We are a Galactic Council out of the 9th dimension. We call ourselves the Paradigm Shifters. We are a collective of units of energy that bring forward messages, in this time through this conduit, to assist you humans as you’re going through this monumental change on your planet Earth, Gaia.
STARGATE ASCENSION
Stargate Ascension is your destiny. This is a term that for many of you, you will be unfamiliar with. It is not necessary that you know the intricacies of what this means, but simply to understand that you are ascending out of an energetic level of being, the third dimension, and up into we call a higher dimension, but it is not important that you understand the levels of dimensions and the intricacies of that, but that you are moving into the fifth dimension; dimension of light and love.
NECESSARY CHANGES
We come today to bring you a message around this ascension process for you to understand that there have been practices, habits and ways of being that you have been living with, and living through, and living from, that will not be possible to continue at this higher dimension and do not assist you in your ascension process.
This message is geared specifically for those of you who call yourselves lightworkers but it is just as true and effective and helpful for anyone on this ascension path. There are many ways with which you can assist yourself as a human being and your collective in order to process this change. This change is happening at an alchemical, mental, emotional, spiritual, physical level and you will begin to notice this change because your consciousness level is waking up so to speak, even for those already on the path you will be awakening even more.
This is a paradigm shift that you as a collective, as a human species, have not been through before and so this is in your current consciousness level something pretty new, and exciting we would add, for your level of joy, passion and love shall increase exponentially with the additional photons of light that are coming onto your planet to assist you with this ascension process.
CRACKING OPEN CONSCIOUSNESS
For many of you this shall be a difficult time, for the cracking open of your consciousness level from the third dimension into the fourth can be a tricky one. For there is a cognitive dissonance around how you have been being so to speak, a lack of awareness we would say in your part, not that this is a bad thing. This is just the nature of how you have been existing on planet earth up to this point.
But the realizations will be coming forward for you as this shift into this new paradigm proceeds. And so we recommend that you be extremely gentle with yourselves as you move forward. For there are many differences that will come into your awareness where you will then be in choice; choices that you did not realize you had previous to this. Choices around what you eat, how you live, how you think, in a sense your values and your priorities will begin to shift. For in that upleveling of consciousness you see that you now have choice, that there are more choices available to you that you did not notice before.
LIGHTWORKERS
There will be others who will assist you on the path, individuals who have traveled the road already we would say. For many of you who are lightworkers, you may feel that this is a moot point, that you are already there. We caution you with this train of thought, for you are not nearly where you want to be, or where you are going. It is a journey, much as your human existence is a journey from birth, through growth to death, your consciousness level shifting, which is happening right now, is a similar experience.
And so be gentle with yourselves as you go through this, which for some shall be traumatic, not traumatic in that it is dangerous or life threatening, but simply that it is a huge transitionary period. For it is as if you are moving from one land to another, in a sense you are vibrationally. The more time that you can spend bringing joy and happiness into your current present reality, the easier this expansion process shall be for you.
FOCUS ON HOW YOU ARE THINKING
So we suggest that you do not look back at what has been, but that you stay in the present moment looking at what currently is. You may say that this at this moment in time on your timeline is not a particular happy place to be and yet we would redirect you with this thought for there are many, many experiences that you are currently having that are loved, filled, enjoyable, rewarding and pleasurable. It is not helpful for you to focus on the fear paradigm that has been infiltrated into your existence, over many eons by others, for now within your new level of consciousness, you will become aware that you get to choose which paradigm you wish to live in; one of fear, restrictions and limitations or one of love, joy, passion and expansion. And in each moment that you live, ask yourself, is this experience an old paradigm of fear, limitation and restriction? Or am I actually conscious of love, joy and expansion for we would suggest that you focus far more on the latter than the former.
This requires you to become more aware of your thinking patterns, for it is in this self awareness that you will begin to be able to change these thoughts. It is simply the case like switching on the light, which in a sense is what you are doing vibrationally. You do not wish to remain in the dark for the experience of being in the dark is limited, you cannot see.
So we express this opinion to you in order for you to assist yourselves in ascension. We say ascension for it is simply a word that describes the overall experience of your species at this time. But we will use the word upleveling for this is more conducive to the experience that you’re having, and more wIll be able to connect to this word; increasing in growth, becoming more conscious, expanding your awareness, living more in the present moment and being more centered.
NO QUICK SHIFT
This paradigm shift shall not happen overnight for no change that is great of this measure happens overnight. But over time, for this is the linear space in which you inhabit on planet Earth. Over time, as you begin to become more and more conscious of which thoughts bring limitations and fear and which thoughts bring love, passion and expansion, then over time, you will begin to notice this difference in your vibrational level, which is the ascension path.
There are many other scientific terms that many other conduits use to describe this, but this conduit will not be describing it in this way for it is important that she help you at a very basic level to understand what is happening. You do not require to know the intricacies of this, not at this point.
WHAT’S MOST IMPORTANT
The most important thing that you can do right now is to become conscious of which thoughts create fear and which thoughts create love and expansion. Ask yourself in any moment these questions and as you begin to become more conscious of these thoughts, so too shall your vibration change and your level of enjoyment of life shall shift.
It is important also that there be no anger directed at those who have created this fear based reality that you live in, for they were simply also living out their own consciousness. It is not a matter of blame or guilt or resentment or any of these negative emotions, this is a waste of your energy. Instead focus on what you can do in the now, how you can be now and live from this place.
This is a message that is very direct for you for we feel that this is the best way to communicate this beginning understanding of Ascension for you. For many of you who are in the light already, you may know this. Do not become flippant about this, for it is important that you also continue this journey for you will be required to assist those who are struggling. And the more that you can be in this conscious awareness of the light, of love, of expansion, the more easily you will be able to be compassionate and helpful to those who come after you.
We are the Paradigm Shifters of the 9th dimension and we are very excited to be the ones to be able to communicate through this one to assist you at this time, at this great awakening time on your beautiful planet Gaia Mother Earth and we shall come again with more messages to assist you. We surround you with love and light to assist you in this process right now and with that we are complete.

THE GALACTIC CONNECTION
This is the Barr Council of the 8th dimension. We are a Council of Light and we come with news; some information for you, to assist you during these difficult times that you are going through. We are an advisory council set up to assist different species to deal with difficult situations, to assist in situations of transition, change and breakthrough. And so here you are. You are at a precipice of breakthrough, not just you as a species, but of your planet and also for many of you as individuals. This may seem a little far fetched that we, as a Galactic Council, could know about what is going on for you at the individual level but we do, for we have the ability to tap into your consciousness and connect with you to assist you when you are going through any particular kind of transition.
CHANGES ON PLANET EARTH
And indeed, on your planet right now there are many transitions happening. For some, after this we shall call it illness episode, there have been many changes for many of you. Whether this means that you are no longer in your locale, your place of work but now working from home, or whether your lives have had to shift from an experience of being very busy, to now being more stationary we would say, for your ability to move around has been severely restricted.
This is not necessarily a bad thing for your species was beginning to, we would say, get pretty tired from all that running around. But we wish to bring to you today a message and a very different level of the spectrum, for we have been bringing messages to you so far through this conduit, around how to handle the emotion of fear. This, of course has been helpful for those of you who have connected with us and have found yourselves able to contemplate and integrate some of the suggestions that we have brought forward.
MOVING FORWARD FROM HERE
But we would like to bring to you a message of light heartedness at this point. For just as the seed, deep in the darkness of Earth, needs to push and struggle to break through the earth in order for the sprout to grow, to reach the sun and begin its journey of evolution, so too do you. And so if you take this analogy of the seed in the earth, in the darkness, as your place of fear, where you are completely unaware, until that moment of breakthrough when you as a seed sprout into the sunlight, you as a species are also transitioning through darkness, heaviness, periods of we would say struggle, there comes a point where you, similar to the seed, will break through into the sunlight.
You are on the precipice of this moment, a situation that you call the 100th monkey measurement tool, where change occurs at an automatic level when enough individuals have, we would say, broken through into the sunlight, has already happened. For many of you, you are now becoming aware that despite the darkness, the struggle, the heaviness of what you have experienced, there is light at the end of the tunnel, meaning you too recognize that there is a different way for you to live.
And so we wish to bring to you an image, an idea, a description, a possibility of what life will be like for you, when you do indeed break through into the sunlight, for your planet is rich with many resources that can allow you to live at a very different level. Your Earth is herself going through major transitions, breakthroughs of her own. This has not yet been fully understood, for she too, is still in a little bit of the darkness.
We say that not to concern you, but simply to give you the idea that she too is in the same place as you. And so for her, her beauty, passion, strength, is not yet fully realized. And when that happens, that consciousness level will have a ricochet effect on you as her species that governs her. We say governs her, however, you do not control anything on planet Earth, for she is her own natural living organism with her own level of consciousness. It is an illusion to think that you can control anything around your planet. You are her guests, you live on her, and she allows you to do so.
And as she evolves and grows into a more beautiful, expansive experience herself, this energy will come and permeate the cells of your bodies, allowing you to also feel this expansive energy of growth, beauty, passion. This is something that you as a species have not yet fully realized.
LIVING FROM THE HEART VS THE BRAIN
It is in the heart centered way of being that this comes about. For many if not all of you heart centeredness is a new concept for your minds; we mean your brains, not your mind, but your minds, your brains have attempted to be in charge. This thinking aspect of you as a species has a limitation in that you cannot expand into this greater level of consciousness, this beauty, passion and growth dimension, for it is limited by the ability of your brains to process.
For the energetic electrical level of brain power is not enough for you to expand into a new level of consciousness. And so if you are trying to think your way through this growth experience, you will find yourself very constricted, for it is only in connection to the electrical magnetic energy of your heart space, that you will be able to expand and grow into this passionate, beautiful, enlightened space that is becoming your planet Gaia.
REACHING THROUGH YOUR SENSES
And so we encourage you now to begin to reach more for the light. To begin to bring your focus out of the darkness and towards the things that really bring you pleasure. You have in a sense five ways to do this at this point in time. And these are your five senses. We have brought this message before but we feel that it is worth reiterating, for many of you are now at a new level listening to this message. And so how do you as a seed in the darkness, use your five senses to reach up and break through the earth and into reaching for sunlight.
Your ability to see, hear, smell, taste and touch gives you the ideal opportunity to expand your experience as a human being. Of course, for those of you who are intuitively guided, you already have access to your sixth sense of knowing and for those of you who use this, you will find it to be extremely effective in increasing your ability to enhance your life experience. This is something that needs to be exercised like a muscle, but you have access to that, each and every one of you.
Now let us return to the idea of you using your five senses. As you use your five senses, begin to connect to the heart energy within you. You can of course physically do this by placing your hands in the middle of your chest. This energetically connects you to a stronger, more magnetic pulse that will connect you with each other, and with your planet, and with the universe. This may seem like a very simple way to do this but it is not difficult. However, it does require conscious effort, meaning you do have to actually do it.
Using your eyes, you can connect with an individual at the eye level. This may seem a little awkward at the beginning, but right now you have the perfect opportunity to do it for the face coverings that are being, applied we would say at this time to you as a species, affords you the opportunity to look directly into someone else’s eyes, for you cannot see the rest of their facial features. Begin to do this more deeply, more intimately, more deliberately and you will begin to notice that at that level, you will have more soul connections. You will recognize that you are indeed one, even though you are all individual units.
Begin to notice as you are sitting down to consume food, and tasting your coffee when you drink it. These are not new messages. We have brought these before but we really feel that it is worth repeating again to you as you have slowed down your existence for the majority of you anyway, in the last 12 months. Begin to slow down even more, but do it consciously.
We also recognize that there have been severe restrictions around your ability to use your sense of touch. We in fact recommend that you begin to gradually reintroduce touch back into your existence for this virus situation is at a very low level now. There is no real danger to you, however, continuing to wash your hands is indeed a good practice for this has been shown to severely restrict the number of antigens in the air and on your hands, which prevents illness at a great level, so yes, continue to wash your hands.
But for those of you who have been missing physical touch with others, we strongly recommend that you begin to connect to your heart and begin to reach out to those that you have a desire to feel more connected to in this way. Of course, just like as it was before when illness was in your environment, you do not go around hugging and kissing people who you know to be sick. We suggest that you use the same caution when meeting with people but for the most part, this restriction is no longer necessary.
Again, there will be many of you who choose to stay in the dark, who choose never to sprout through and break through into the sunlight of love. And this is where you are heading with this heart centered energy into a sun filled, love filled environment.
FUTURE CHANGES
As you move around on your planet, and these restrictions will be lifted over time, notice that passion and love are actually what run the show. For it is with great efforting that the seed sprouts through the earth to experience an expansion that has never been experienced before by that particular element and this is where you are heading.
So we encourage you to stay the course, to keep pushing forward, to begin to notice that love is what runs the show here not fear. For although there are some fear, and we say some, there are many, instigators of fear in your environment it is extremely important that you recognize that you have the capacity to increase your level of passion in order to assist you in this evolution and elevation of your vibration and part of that requires you as humans to use these five senses to a greater degree.
KEEP RETURNING TO THE ENERGY OF THE HEART
Listen closely to what people say. Listen closely to the energy of the heart and the messages of the eyes for it is not just in the spoken word that you experience this passion. As you go about your day notice how your sense of smell can extremely accurately increase your level of passion. It is a sense that is, we would say quite quite easily ignored. However when you do pay attention to it, you will find it brings great joy and an elevated level of experience. But it does require a specific sense of awareness in order to really fully expand using this sense. Your ability to taste life more deeply, more completely, more passionately, is right there for you.
We suggest that you begin to, in a sense, access a deeper part of yourselves. Bring conscious awareness to this life experience that you are having from these five senses, and recognize that although you have been through a great struggle in the darkness, it is possible, with heart centered conviction, to break through into this brighter, more expansive space.
And so this is a very exciting time for you as individuals, as a whole, as a species, for you have the capacity to break through into a far greater light filled space than you ever have before. Have hope dear ones, for it is in the dark, that you are able to access the light. It is not that we say darkness in a way to scare you, for we are here to actually bring an end to the fear regime that has been on your planet. All darkness has been removed. We repeat, all darkness has been removed, and your species is at the precipice of breaking through into an evolution of awareness of light.
IT’S AN EXCITING TIME
It is important that you at the individual level, begin to acknowledge what is good, what works, what feels right, what brings love and passion into your lives. And for those of you who are hearing this message, we honor you, for you are the awakened ones at this time. Be gentle with others who have not yet come to this conclusion. For some they will never break through into the light. That is to be their journey. But for those of you who are, we welcome you into this new passionate, love, heart filled space that will become your new existence within the fifth dimension. Breaking through is part of being in the fourth, and we know that there are many of you just ready to sprout.
This is an exciting time for you as a species, for this photon light filled expanse experience will be unlike anything you have ever had and it is just the beginning. We are excited to bring this message to you for we know it is time for you to hear this. We are the Barr Council. We are an eighth dimensional galactic Council of Light and we are here to assist humanity in its up leveling out of third dimensional living, through the difficult, challenging experience of fourth dimension, and into the brilliant, beautiful, love and light filled consciousness of the fifth dimension and with that we are complete.
