Manage Stress Better Today

What is the best thing individuals can do to alleviate stress in their bodies, minds and hearts? I asked my Guides for help, and below is the message I received.

The question I have is surrounding stress. How do people cope with the amount of stress that they’re facing right now, especially in these times when things are so uncertain? What is the best thing that they can do in order to alleviate stress in their bodies, and in their minds and in their hearts? 

Today is November 26 2020 and this is Gail Scott channeling.

These are the Green Beings of the 6th Dimension, and we are here to answer this question regarding stress in your body. For many of you, you have ignored the effects of stress in your body for a very long time, until it kind of, comes to a head, so to speak. And in coming to a head what we mean by that is, you are afflicted with some kind of STOP sign.  This may be a heart problem, or a digestive issue, or a circulatory problem, or even a more serious disease like diabetes, heart disease, cancer, or some autoimmune disorder where your body has come to a point where it must speak more loudly to you for you are not listening, and you are so busy in your day to day experience, that you are, in essence, disconnected from your body.

You see, stress is an energy. It is a vibration that is both good and challenging, for your nervous system is built and designed to be able to manage varying vibrations coming at you. This is the essence of your humanity. For you have the ability to be able to go with the flow, so to speak, you also have a nervous system, which can ensure that you are kept safe. However, over time, the experiences where you were not safe have decreased from a physical perspective, and yet from an emotional perspective, they have increased, for in your timeline right now there is a multitude of vibrations which do not resonate well with your human body as it stands. And so these vibrations create a need for you to recalibrate, so to speak. And when you do not take enough rest, quiet time, and be in your heart energy, you will find it extremely difficult to recalibrate. 

Stress is not in and of itself a bad thing for you as humans, for it allows you to experience a wide range of different things such as adventure, ecstasy, fear, novel experiences, even things that may seem contrary to what you may want to experience, for it is the different levels of emotional fortitude, we would say that you have within you, that allows you to have a richer, more expansive experience as a human being. However, you do not only exist in the physical, you also exist within the emotional and the spiritual, but when you are not connected emotionally or spiritually, the physical matter that takes up your body cannot hold all of the vibration and maintain its status quo, and so it will go off kilter, so to speak. 

And so what is required from a human perspective is to assimilate all three vibrations in a way that creates harmony within you, and so we would say harmony, physically, harmony, emotionally, and harmony spiritually. It is not that you would, at this time certainly, stay in a place of harmony at all times, for you are currently being bombarded with many different variations of vibration, for many different reasons for which we will not go into the detail of that at this time.

But suffice to say that your job right now is to begin to notice when one of these three areas is “off”. When we say “off” you will know physically, because you will feel it, you will have a sense that something is not working right, and you will have been given nudges, messages, opportunities to change some of your behaviors. For many of you, you choose to ignore these signs, and your ego tends to, want what it wants, and this can be refusing to rest, being addicted to drama, having substances that are in excess, and perhaps even not getting enough sleep, or spending too much time on your digital technology. Even eating foods which you know do not agree with your body or are good for you; this activity is a pattern, and you, in a sense, ignore the interrupt that comes to you, for it does come to you, but you choose to ignore it. 

When you are seeking peace at an emotional and a spiritual level, it is necessary for you to stop, to take a timeout so to speak, as you would give to a young one who is having a temper tantrum. As adults, you generally no longer have temper tantrums, however that vibrational level of unease is still inherent within your body as a result of the experiences that you are having and so there is an imbalance within you, which for many of you, you have switched off the knowing to this imbalance. And so we add again, stress is not inherently a bad thing. The management of stress, however, is something that could be improved upon. 

We would suggest that you look at this as a three legged stool for example, physical, emotional, spiritual. Where in your life are you ignoring what you really need at a physical level? Are you hydrated? Do you get enough sleep? Are you eating too much sugar? Do you drink too much? Are you eating too much fast food? Are you not eating enough? Are you eating too much? These are all questions that can address the stress that sits physically within your body. There are many advice givers out there who have good ideas for you to be able to improve. However, as the saying goes, you can take a horse to water, but if it doesn’t want to drink, it doesn’t matter how many times you hear someone telling you whether something is good for you or not, if you do not have the desire to change, then nothing will change. And so you have to tap into why you desire to change. What is it about new behavior, new choices, new thoughts, new food, new ideas, new habits? Why would these be in your benefit? You can read all the statistics that you want regarding disease and unhealthy habits, but until you as an individual make the choice to change, it is almost impossible to break the pattern of these unhealthy experiences that you continue to have on a daily basis. 

For many of you emotional stability is not something you enjoy.  The Kali Yuga Iron energy of eons which is ending as we speak, has made it extremely difficult for you, as a species, to be connected emotionally, and so the cessation of this period is something that is going to improve this and bring you a more stable emotional state. More awarenesses will be coming forth for you to both recognize and manage your emotions. There is the idea that an emotion which feels bad, is bad. However, we would caution you with this way of thinking, for just as black is no less than white, sad is no less than happy, and so we suggest that although the experience of any emotion can be seen on a spectrum and felt at a measure, we suggest that you simply go with the flow.  

This is easier said than done.  One thing that you can do is to be centered in your body and realize that all emotion is simply energy in motion, and once the emotion has vibrated to its fullest, it will begin to dissipate. It is not to say that some of you may not be on a roller coaster of emotion, and this is to be expected based on your past experiences, where for many, many years emotions have been pushed down and hidden and not expressed freely. 

This will be changing moving forward, where the awareness of yourselves as human sentient beings, filled with the capacity to be able to emote, will bring on a new awareness and a freedom to be able to be emotional, without judgment, shame, ridicule, or anyone else’s opinion being put on you. And so we suggest that you become centered in your bodies, even go so far as to educate yourselves about what emotions are, and give name to these emotions. Giving name to these emotions is a very beneficial, educational tool for you, for in any moment, you may ask yourself, “what emotion am I feeling?” for unless you are numb and not connected, you will always have an emotion running through your particular DNA. 

So we recommend that you find a list, whether it be the Emotional Guidance Scale that Abraham has brought forward, or the Wheel of Emotions that you can find on your internet, or even just writing down the names of the emotions that you do recognize, and seeking to learn more about each of those, and the spectrum of different words that describe each of those main emotions, for there is a spectrum and you are on it.  When you are connected physically to your body, you will in a sense feel the emotions. Stress is exhibited in both the body and the emotional state, and when you can be aware of where you sit in any given moment on these two legs of this three legged stool, you are making a start towards managing your stress better.

Spiritual alchemy is the last leg of the stool. Spiritual alchemy is understanding that you as a human being are also a spiritual being. And so, there is a vibrational level within your physical body, which is energetic and purely non physical.  This energy is always pure Divine love. For many of you, you will have disconnected from this energy because of the information that has been taught to you growing up regarding religion. Religion in and of itself is not a bad thing, but it is not the same as spiritual alchemy. And so to understand that you are both a physical body and a spiritual body helps you to cross the divide we would say, between what you are experiencing at a physical level and what you are experiencing at an energetic level. And so as you can see, all three of these legs of the stool are all interconnected. And when one is short, the stool may topple, and this of course will create stress for you. 

So from a spiritual perspective, can you trust that all of your needs will be met? It may not be that you get everything that you want, however that is coming from an ego place, versus a divine love of acceptance of your current reality. We would suggest that in any given moment, you address the question within your heart and find a place within there, to accept that all is as it should be, even if you are experiencing stress. When you can connect to the God Source, Divine Love, whatever you wish to call the inherent spiritual energy within you, you can find a place of peace, and when you can rest in that place of peace, letting go of any other desires or wishes for it to be any different, you will find yourself very solid on that leg of the stool. 

We are not suggesting for a moment that this is an easy practice for it is a great challenge for you as humans, and this is the nature of being human on planet Earth at this time.  We are very pleased to surround you with divine love to assist you on this journey and also to encourage you to understand that this is changing.  Spiritual alchemy will become easier and easier as the vibration of your planet increases as you move forward through 4D and into 5D. 5D is an energetic plane, where love is the common factor, and as you can see at this time you are not there yet, and so there is more alchemization that is required. When you can take the time to focus on all three of these legs of the stool; your physical situation, your emotional state, your spiritual connection, you will be able to balance these more clearly, more effectively, more efficiently and more successfully.

The best thing that you can do at this time is to begin a practice of self love.  Begin to treat yourself with the utmost of respect and begin to take very good care of yourself. Notice where you are overextending yourself. Notice where you are in a pattern that doesn’t serve you. For example, notice when you are scrolling your internet without thinking.  Notice when you are eating food absentmindedly without thinking. Notice when you are not taking the action, that you can sense is an intuitive nudge for you to do.  All of these noticings will assist you in alchemizing; alchemizing up into the energy of love. 

This is a process.  It is not a quick fix, and it is not a quick process either. It is as if you are climbing the rungs of a ladder, and so, as you move up the ladder and get higher, you can look back and notice where you have come from. Over time, we often have noticed that humans need to stop for a moment, rest, get their breath back, before they can move forward. Please take the time to do this and when you do, recognize that in taking this time, like a timeout for your children, that you are practicing self love. 

This is not an easy time for you on the planet, and the more you can be aware of the lack of self love in your daily practices, the more you will be attuned to what you really need. And when you are attuned to what you really need, you can then make new decisions and take new actions. Stress is simply an energy. The efforting that comes with stress can be in a flow, or can be forced. You get to choose.  Slowing down and taking stock helps you to reduce the energy of the stress. The world is not going to stop turning, and things will not stop moving, but that does not mean that you where you are, cannot take a moment or a few, to get grounded, centered and connected into your body, your mind and your heart. This will be the most beneficial thing that you could do on a regular basis in order to alleviate the pressure of some of the stress that you feel.

Today is November 21, 2020, and this is Gail Scott channeling.

You wonder what will become of your world for it appears as if it has gone mad, and as each day moves forward, and limitations and restrictions are in place, you cannot see any way out of this situation. However, we are here to tell you that this will not last forever, for great changes are in your midst right now.

We are the “Green Beings”. We are a 6th Dimensional group who come with messages of love and light; messages that will help enhance your bodies and your minds and your hearts. And so, we bring these messages today to you to bring you hope for there is not much hope right now on the planet; for the masses are not feeling this. There are of course pockets of communities and individuals who can see and know because their level of consciousness has risen to a degree where they are aware of the illusions, and the possibilities that can be manifested, depending on your level of focus.

And so, what does all of this mean? This means that when change is upon you, you cannot see what is coming for you are in the midst of it. It makes sense. If you are in a traffic jam, and you cannot see the accident that is up ahead, you can be confused and exasperated and frustrated at not being able to move forward on your journey. But sometimes there are situations that need to be cleared away before the way can become clear, and this is what is going on in your planet. There are energies that require to be removed, deconstructed we would say is a better way of describing it, and when this has happened, and this will happen, you as a species will move forward.

So what can you do right now in the midst of this waiting, holding space that you find yourselves in; restrictive situations that seem exasperating and unclear? We suggest that you go inward. We suggest that you take the time to let go of anything that does not matter. Anything that seems ego driven and external, for the world that you are moving forward into is a heart centered, love driven environment and community, and you will need to step away from any ego driven motivation, and into your hearts.

And what does this mean? This means that you must see your fellow man as yourself. You must begin to hold compassion and empathy and space for each person in your environment. This means that you may begin to see each other as fellow passengers on the journey, on the highway, as you sit out and wait for the accident up ahead to be cleared. We have brought this message before around this accident analogy and we felt it was appropriate to return with this message for you. For yes, we understand the frustration, especially for those who are aware that much of it is an illusion.

But this is the journey that you are on, so to speak.

And so as you sit in your houses, unable to move forward in action, much as you would in a car on a highway behind an accident, it is time to, so to speak, turn off the engine of the car, relax, enjoy the music that’s on the radio, talk to your fellow passengers, take a walk. We realize that for you as a species, this is frustrating for you have been driven by action and ego for a very long time, and production is your way of being. This will become less and less for it is not your purpose to produce, although that has been much of your past experience. But it is more that when heart centered, there is the possibility of creating better connections with people and yourselves, and this is where we would direct you at this time. Hold fast to the idea that things are improving, even though you cannot see it. Be willing to let go of what you think it should look like, and be willing to notice what it really is like.

It’s not all bad. Your planet is healing. Families are integrating, friendships are consolidating, bodies are healing. Yes, it may not seem that way as you look at your medias’ reports of statistics around the COVID situation, but this is not the reality of your planet. It is not that millions and millions of people are sick, it is that a timeout is required. And as you experience this continued lockdown, shut down experience, you will begin to understand that technologies are being created, space is being opened up, healing is happening, hearts are being opened, eyes are being opened. And an awakening is happening on the planet where people are realizing that they would like to live a different way of life now, and this is all Divine timing.

So what can you do on a daily basis to help yourself feel better? Take the time to enjoy the small things that you have avoided because of your past lives of being so busy. Read books, walk your dogs, eat well, sleep better, laugh more, take the time to get in touch with yourselves so that self love becomes the normal. It is acceptable to care for yourselves more deeply now, for this shall become the new way, the new norm, and this is something that your children are well aware of, for they do not have this need to please others. Your social media is not quite there yet. It has not transformed to this new heart opened space, but it shall. And when it does, you will begin to see it open up into a beautiful, different kind of community. One where there is more love, more acceptance, more camaraderie, more collaboration, more co creation.

So for now, what can you do? Focus in on what really matters. Build your relationships with those who really matter. Enjoy what is in your space, and let go of any fear of the future. This may seem a difficult thing to do but it takes focus and effort to recognize that what you think is your reality is not. Your planet is well capable of providing for you. Your hearts are more than capable of opening and shifting into a different kind of energy that will bring you more joy. Start today, start simply. And if you cannot imagine what this might look like, look to your children for they have all the answers, for they are already in their hearts, and begin to let go of whatever feels the most stifling, the most challenging, the most difficult, the most confining, for this is not the way of the future. This was the experience of the past, which is morphing and changing in front of your very eyes.

And as you sit there in your car on the highway of life wondering when the accident will be removed, think less of that, and think more of where you are right in this moment. And enjoy the view of where you are right now for this is in your now moment. And your future has not yet been created, but will be created out of the now moment. And if you think about the energy of the now moment, is this the energy that you want in your future? So live your lives now, as if you want to live them in the future.

And you may say well, how can we do that, we can’t go out, we can’t visit with people, we can’t go places, you must become first centered in yourself. You do not need anything external from you to create this internal self love place, this heart open space. This is your work for now. If you do not know how to do this, we suggest that you look to your lightworkers for they have already experienced this journey and they are aware of what is required in order to sit in this place. And this one who speaks has been through this experience, and can assist.

We love you very much. We recognize the journey that you are on, the holding space in which you find yourself, and we’re here to support you as you transition from the 3D environment through 4D and into 5D. This may seem like a tall order, but it is not, and in fact it has already happened. We are the “Green Beings” of the 6th Dimension and we are here to bring messages of love and light for you in your bodies, in your minds and in your hearts, and we shall come again with messages to assist you in your transition at this seemingly difficult time.

Can You or Will You?

If there was one thing you could do TODAY to help you get through this difficult time, what would it be?

This important story, and suggestion, is from the 8th Dimension Barr Council as they share their wisdom to help us make decisions for our well-being right now.

Today is November 14th, 2020, and this is Gail Scott channeling the Barr Council.

The question is not whether you can make difficult decisions in your lives, the question is whether you will.

When this one became newly separated from her ex husband, her children at the time were quite young. They were around 11 years old. Eleven year-olds love to watch television, but this one could see that the habit that they had of watching television after school every day, created a certain animosity in them.  They would not want to do their homework, they would not want to stop watching television to have dinner, they would not play or talk, they became automatons; in a trance you could say, because watching television took over their minds.

We tell you this story, for this one noticed that this was happening in her home and she, as a mother, was disturbed by what she was seeing. She knew that to set a boundary around the television would be a difficult decision, and so she made an even more difficult decision. She chose to remove the service of the cable television into her home.

Oh, there was an uproar at the beginning. “What were they going to do after school? How could they possibly not stay in touch with all of the shows that they were watching? How could she deprive them of this?”  But this one knew that to maintain the status quo with this service would not be good in the long run for her childrens’ minds, and for the energy within her home. It didn’t take long, but soon the children were laughing and playing every day after school, doing their homework, having snacks, chattering away to each other about things that had happened during the day. It did take a bit of time for this to happen, but it did happen.

The question is not whether you can make difficult decisions, the question is, will you?  You are living in a time where there is multi sensory information being fired at you constantly through these boxes you call televisions, devices you call telephones/smartphones, through news mediums such as the radio, the internet, even newspapers (which are less and less prevalent nowadays).

And yet, how good are these sources of information and entertainment for you? Are you, as an individual, selective about what you choose to feed your mind, body and soul on a day to day basis for it is in the decisions that you make from one moment to the next, that determine the health of your mind, body and soul?  We are not here with our message to judge you in any way around what you choose, but we are here to offer you a wisdom that perhaps you may have forgotten; a wisdom that is within yourself.

For if you are participating in any activity, reading, listening, watching, actively involved in, that does not have you feel good about yourself, we caution this activity. We suggest that you desist from doing it. We suggest that you make your choices not around what you can do, but around what you will do. And begin to notice where taking action can bring you a greater sense of freedom, peace, love, connection, for if there are things that you are doing that do not bring you this, perhaps it’s time to let them go.

Ah yes, now we understand. Many of you will say, well then, “how will I know what’s going on in the world? How will I make my decisions?” Except that at a general level as a human being, you live your life within the minutiae of what it means to be human, with those closest to you, with those that you work with, those that you play with, and what is going on in other realms, it is not that it is not important, for it is that you stay abreast of what is happening, except that in many instances, not everything is as it seems. There is illusion and delusion going on within these mediums on your planet; radio, television, media. Much of what you see is exaggerated.

Yes, yes, there is a reason for this. There are those on your planet who would prefer to see you remain in fear and controlled, but this is not your future.  But you, as an individual and as a collective, must begin to make difficult decisions, which in the long run will be more beneficial for you. Is it time for you to turn off your television? Is it time for you to connect more deeply and connect more harmoniously with your loved ones? Is it time to turn off anything that distracts you from this, and brings fear and uncertainty into your life?

You may think that this is a drastic action. And let us assure you that when this one removed that cable TV services from her home indeed, not only did her children think this was a drastic action, but her friends did also. Yes, it gave her, as a parent, more work to do. For now she had to ensure the well being of her children without the distraction of the television services. And yet, we are here to confirm that, within a very short period of time, the energy in her home changed. There was less arguing and fighting, more camaraderie, more sharing, more laughing. And over time, the need to be distracted by what was coming through these pieces of equipment was no longer needed.

Of course, eventually it was reintroduced, but by the time that happened her children had, we would say, come back to themselves. And this is what we wish for you as a species. That should you choose to remove the distraction of your own messaging that comes from the media, you will come back to yourselves.  You will come back to your beautiful spirits that you are. You will begin to focus on things that make you laugh and have a good time with those around you. You will be less influenced by others.

Some would argue “well, how will you know what’s going on?” Is knowing what’s going on bringing you joy, peace, calm, tranquility?  We think not. And so, perhaps for a while, you may choose to remove these influences on you. For we know there are some of you who do that and you find yourselves far more satisfied in life by this action. When you as an individual can focus only on what is in your own space you will find a deeper level of life satisfaction. You will become more connected to those around you who matter. You will have more joy.

The world will not stop turning, but the big wheels of media and mainstream issues will eventually change. What you focus on expands, so if you choose to focus on the messaging that is coming through these technology sources, this type of information will expand. We imagine that as a species you do not wish this to be the case, for this information is not feeding your souls but depleting you. And so, yes, it may be a difficult decision to, we would say, go cold turkey, which is what we would suggest. However, we understand that for some of you, this will be very difficult for your energy thrives on knowing this information, whether it be accurate or not.

And so our message for you today is to caution you, and to advise you that you are creating your reality with whatever information you are using to feed yourself. And this is important, for the longer that you feed yourself with fear, concern, misguided information, the longer this shall continue.  We recommend that you, in a sense, turn off the service, ignore these kinds of messages, and focus instead on being the messenger of hope for those around you. For when you can do that, your world will shift faster than you could possibly imagine. And just like this one’s children many years ago, you too will begin to laugh and play and have fun together. And over time, you will begin to make choices that are more aligned with who you really are when selecting media to consume.

This is not an easy message for us to bring, but we are feeling, and we say feeling but we do not feel things, but we are sensing that it is time for us to bring this particular message to you as a collective.

Focus on the good things. Focus on the happy things. Focus on laughing more, loving more, living more. And this practice, though it may be a difficult thing to do at the beginning, and it may feel strange, you will soon get used to it, just like the children did when the television was removed.

Do not be afraid for you are well capable of creating beautiful experiences for yourselves, without being brainwashed by messages that do not bring messages of hope and love and peace, for that is what your heart desires. And you can in a sense, create it for yourself anytime you want.

And so the question is not “Can you make difficult decisions to assist your well being?” but “will you and if so, what will they be, and when?” We leave you with this question for you to consider the implications of not making the choices at this time.

As always, everything that we bring to you is simply a suggestion or an idea. We pose the question for you to consider, in your own realm, in your own time, with your own solutions. We love you and we bring you love from the galaxies, we surround you with love. We are here to assist you in creating your heaven on earth, the way that you would desire it, and we honor you for the journey that you are on, on this beautiful planet Earth. And with that, we are complete.

Let’s all create more fun, play and laughter for ourselves today by choosing to turn off mainstream media more often, if not indefinitely.
