This is the Barr Council. We have been watching, witnessing in fact, what is going on on planet Earth right now. You’ve been very busy. There are many situations happening, some above ground, some below. Each one of them is instrumental in the transition of your beautiful planet from 3D to 5D and you as a species are coming along for the ride, so to speak.

WHO’S IN CONTROL?
There have been different factions desiring control. Control of the above ground. This is not a new concept, for these factions have been around for a very long time, operating in plain sight, so to speak, and we are pleased to tell you that the worst of this is over. It has been quite the war, however, for most of you, you are oblivious to this war for it is your military, political, medical, social, and overall governing groups in your world that have been operating at this level. There has, in a sense, been a war going on in front of your very eyes but as a species in your 3D consciousness, you were very unaware of this happening.
This is changing now. With each rotation of your moon, you will be in a sense, revealed more and more of this situation. We do not bring you this information to increase your fear but simply to advise you of the situation, and over the next three, to six, to nine months things will be moving at a fast rate in terms of change, globally and locally, especially here in this place on the planet where this one resides, in this country known as Canada.
Canada has been known as a very peaceful country, however, this is actually not the case. There has been a lot of military action behind the scenes and political situations which have been, we would say, being manipulated. Situations which most people are completely unaware of. We do not say this with an intention to judge this particular country for they are simply one player in this whole game, and every single part of your world has a part to play in the game.
And so what’s next?
For the time being, this lockdown in this place will continue to a certain degree in order to allow things to progress. There is still some major cleanup required and this is being done behind the scenes, once again without the public’s knowledge. This time however, this is a good thing, and we say this is a good thing. We do not normally say things are good or bad, however for you to understand the benefit of these, these experiences that are happening right now, we will call this a good thing, for it shall shift your vibrational level to a higher one. There was a time where it was uncertain as to whether or not this would happen, but we can say for sure now that changes have happened sufficiently so to speak, that you are on the other side.
And what will you do as an individual, based on this information that we are bringing you, vague as it is?
Your job right now is to continue to elevate your vibration. Your task is to remain calm, and to bring more joy into each moment of each day. Yes, there are those who are suffering great difficulties as a result of some of the medical procedures that have been, we would say inflicted, however that is not accurate. It is more, chosen, by people. You have in fact, decided to go with the masses and take on what was offered. For some of you, this will mean a shift in your existence on the planet, health wise. This will be challenging. However, this is simply the free will choice that you have made.
For some of you, you will have an extremely difficult time watching this happening. Again, this is a growth experience for you as a being, as a soul, as an entity, living on planet Earth. We say this because we are watching from a distance. We in the galaxy cannot intervene with your choices of free will. We can only assist, direct, give direction once you have made your decisions. We do not influence or persuade you one way or another and it is once you have made your decisions that we can come in and assist you in dealing with a situation that has been created as a result of the free will that you have chosen.
COMPASSION & LOVE
For those of you who have chosen not to participate in this medical procedure, this is a difficult situation for you to watch. However, we strongly urge and recommend you to have compassion and send love and empathy for those who will experience the difficulties that they experience as a result of this decision and this shall not be everyone, but for those who are, it will be significant. You can assist them in dealing with these changes within their bodies, minds and souls, but at the end of the day, you must realize that each soul has made their choice. Each person has selected the team to play for, so to speak, and the result of that is a purely individual choice. Meaning you who have chosen not to, cannot take any responsibility for those who have chosen to. This may turn out to be quite difficult and challenging, especially within family members, workplaces and social circles.
Things are changing on planet Earth very fast now and we bring these messages to assist you with this transition. As you continue in this location to be restricted you can do many things to deal with this. You can choose to be frustrated, angry, and project against your government and against others. Or you can choose to let go and in fact, enjoy the situation that you have been given; the time once again to be with family, friends, loved ones, to be peaceful, to be less in your minds, less ego driven, less materialistic, to be more in nature, to be more peaceful. Not in a sense to be less productive, for judgment of productivity is one thing that you are very good at as humans, but what if, being quiet, peaceful, in joy with your family and friends is productive. This is often being looked upon as a waste of time. Meaning, if I’m not busy, I’m not doing something, then it’s not productive. This is inaccurate as a human experience.
There will be many challenges coming down in your future over the next nine months and it is important that you recognize that there are things that you can do to make your experience more pleasant. If you are listening to this, and you are one of those who has chosen to move forward with this medical procedure, and you are experiencing difficulties, this is an opportunity for you to bring self love and self compassion into your hearts. In fact, this is an opportunity for you to bring self compassion and self love into your heart whether or not you have chosen to move forward with this medical procedure.
If you have chosen not to, you have every right to remove yourself from those who have, and live your life separately, if you choose to do so. This is not a selfish act. This is in fact an act of self preservation, and as a human being, you have every right to do this. The bifurcation that exists now on your planet is real, for this medical procedure has created this situation from a chemical perspective. The technology used in this medical procedure is new, radical, experimental and has no foundation in efficacy. It is a “ruse” we would say, not real, brought to you under false pretenses, to create a certain evolutionary stage of your species and planet, and as with most major changes, you shall go through this and it will create your history.
The most beneficial thing that you can do is to continue to seek the light, to find joy, to be love. even in the face of discovering this information about this procedure. For there’s nothing to be done at this point in time, should you choose to move forward with it or not. We as a Barr Council watch from above as you make your choices and your results flow from your choices. It is important at this point in the message for you to realize that you can in fact make different choices moving forward, and those different choices will bring different results, but for many of you, you do not see the choice.

If you struggle, seek out one such as this to assist you in exploring a different way of looking at life; to be able to see the difference between fear and love, to be able to see the difference between stress and joy, isolation and community, pain and freedom. There are many different ways that you can in fact improve your existence on planet Earth right now, even though there are still so many changes happening for you. Your planet herself Gaia, has all the energy that you can draw on to assist you to come more into the Light. It is not too late for many of you if you choose to open your eyes, we should say, to what is really going on, bringing your attention to love, goodness, community, social interaction, being with one another, acceptance and co- creating your world can and will change things, but only you can make that decision. Do your research. Be willing to go where you, perhaps would not normally go. Be willing to be more open to hearing alternative information that may in fact, hold the information that will assist you to feel better. There’s nothing to be afraid of, but fear itself, that emotion that grips you, and there are ways to elevate your own individual vibration out of this reality.
THE FUTURE
The next nine months are going to be challenging. For this is a crucial, pivotal moment, for you as a species. The more often each one of you shifts your direct attention away from fear and towards love and peace, the easier this transition will be. You must, in a sense, remove yourselves from your mainstream media. Allow the forces that are working behind the scenes to do the work they must do, and begin to see that you as a species, have far more choice than you have been given, so far. Take back control of your world through conscious awareness of what is, in your hearts, the right things. This will require direct action on your part, where you get to decide how you live your life, not simply a puppet of your governments.
Yes, it does appear to be very precarious at the moment, and for your species it is, but it is not what you think it is. There is great work being done behind the scenes to remove and change the energy of everything that is happening, and for now we recommend that you begin to really step out into living the lives that you wish to live, not the ones you have been living, and as much as this will be challenging, it will be very rewarding.
This virus situation is over. You are receiving inaccurate information, and many parts of your world have moved on. Move forward with energy coming from your hearts, not your heads, because if you stay in your heads you will believe the propaganda that is being put on you so begin to move into your hearts and recognize that that truth is what will get you through this more easily.
We are with you as you go through this challenging time. We are supporting you and we are sending love all the time to you. Now is the time for you to step into love each and every day consciously. It is time for you to begin to take action to create the world that you wish to live in, not the one that has been foisted upon you. Be bold, be brave, be deliberate, and be gentle with yourselves as you go through this. But this is not an easy transition, and know that we are surrounding you with love and light to support you in your awakening, and awareness, and action. And with that, we are complete.
