The Self Love Series


“Self Love is a prerequisite to Self-Trust”.

Join experienced Self Love Expert and Certified Life Coach, Gail Scott, as you journey down your own path connecting deeper with yourself.  Through a series of modules you’ll learn how to nurture yourself, trust yourself and release negative habits previously imprinted.

During the 12 sessions, you will discover how to love yourself and begin to put your own needs first. You will uncover your habits and patterns, and why you do what you do.

Together we will select from a variety of tools (Bosie Bits) to ensure that you put yourself at the top of your “to do” list, know yourself better, and TRUST your intuition. You will understand what your own needs are, and how to meet them, and be able to ask others for help.

Module 1 – SELF AWARENESS

We each live according to our view of the world and personal philosophy. You will discover your personal identity based on your unique lifestyle by determining values, guiding language and beliefs. This module will explore how you practice self-love, self-care and surface anything which may get in the way of your commitment to yourself and the program.

Module 2 – SELF ACCEPTANCE

Commitments and responsibilities often take you away from the path of self-love and self-care. You will begin to understand the impact your lifestyle has on your mind and body. You will learn tools and techniques to keep communication working in any relationship as you begin to create new habits around self-love and self-care. Begin to change your inner dialogue.

Module 2 – SELF ACCEPTANCE

Module 3 – SELF TRUST

Learn the definitions of TRUST, how it shows up in your life and discover how you can begin to TRUST more.  Learn to better recognize your intuition and build confidence in decision making. You’ll also explore the role of self-pampering and begin to feel more connected to your inner strength.

Module 4 – SELF ESTEEM

In this module you will build on your understanding of TRUST, become honest with yourself and your experience of self-denial. You will also understand the difference between self-esteem and self-worth while discovering ways to manage your inner critic and navigate criticism from others.

Module 5 – SELF RIGHTS

This module explains the belief system of “Self Rights”, You will be able to define your personal accountability, your level of self-commitment and understand what healthly boundaries look and feel like. You will learn how to stand up for yourself and ask for what you want in a respectful way even in the most difficult of situations.

Module 6 – SELF CARE

This module is a turning point as you now have an understanding of where you have been and where you are. It is time to stop neglecting yourself and embrace the amazing you and the delicious life you want to create for yourself. Here is where you begin to learn how.

Module 7 – SELF VALUES

This module dives into the road map of your personal values and how you are living or NOT living them. This awareness will propel you into living your most authentic self and be comfortable with your uniqueness.

Module 8 – SELF GUIDE

This module prepares you to recognize, acknowledge and apply your Inner Knowing (The “IK”). This IK is where you learn how to connect to, feel safe with, and draw on your natural instincts of intuition. You will stop questioning yourself and become more confident in decision making.

Module 9 – SELF SABOTAGE 101

You tackle head on, your most common fears and road blocks which stand in the way of really loving and accepting yourself.  Begin to identify your top triggers and how to shift out of your reactive habits.

Continuing our study of sabotage and our inner critic, we will identify the core behaviours, instinctual reactions and the sabotaging beliefs which create problems in our relationships.   Learn a powerful meditation to create a new reality for yourself.

Module 11 – SELF RESPONSIBLITY

Building from week 5, We learn how to put into action our Self Rights.
You will explore in depth signs of health and unhealthy patterns of behaviour.

Module 12 – SELF LOVE

The final module connects you to your identified definition of SELF LOVE.
The module also includes a Moving Forward Exercise to further explore areas of personal interest such as improving sexuality, friendships dating, sensuality, spirituality and more.
